What drawing formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, STP, SAT, DXF, DWG, PDF 2D drawings with dimension tolerances. 3D model + 2D engineering drawing with GD&T is preferred, especially for automotive, medical, semiconductor and sensor precision components.

Can you make prototype samples before mass production?

Yes, prototype sampling is available for automotive, medical, semiconductor and sensor projects. We provide first article inspection FAI report upon request.

What is your typical lead time for samples and mass production?

Samples: 3–7 working days (depends on complexity, especially ultra-precision semiconductor and sensor parts). Mass production: 10–25 working days, based on quantity, process steps and outsourcing treatments for automotive, medical, semiconductor and sensor components.

Do you accept small batch orders?

Yes, we support prototype, small batch and high-volume mass production for automotive, medical, semiconductor and sensor industries. MOQ is flexible according to project.
